Topics to be Discussed:

  1. Welcome, Norms & Roll Call

    • Mrs. Mangum welcomed everyone to the SOT meeting, reviewed norms and conducted roll call for SOT organization members

  2. Budgets and Staffing - 12 month contract (vote required to add AP times)​

    • Ms. Roseman review the where to find the budget and went over staffing quickly by telling the team that we were not fully staffed at this time.​

    • School organizational team discussed and voted on paying Ms. Faltinosky for summer school and 11 days in July. The vote was unanimous in favor of request.

  3. School Data

    • Reviewed an upcoming venture with Starbase Nellis for next year. The 5th grade classes will have an opportunity to visit Nellis for 5 days for five hours to learn about STEM.

    • Harmony is overall review.

    • 52 wellness checks and 138 SISP referrals, as a school we have distributed 117,786 PBIS Reward points this school year.

    • Ms. Roseman reviewed winter and spring pananorma data. Sense of belonging has decreased, positive feelings increased and so did challenging feeling. She will be reviewing the data with the MDLT team.

  4. Summer School​

    • Ms. Roseman reviewed the outline for “summer camp” to all present. It will be a blend of academic, enrichment and sel activities.​

  5. Outlined Awards and 5th Grade Moving On Ceremony​

    • Moving on ceremony will be a drive thru just like last year.​

  6. Public Comments/Q & A

The School Organizational Team may take items on the agenda out of order, combine two or more agenda items for consideration, and remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to items on the agenda at any time.


Speakers wishing to speak during the public comment period for this meeting may sign up in person immediately prior to the beginning of the meeting. Speakers will be called in the order in which they signed up. No one may sign up for another person or yield their time to another person. Generally, a person wishing to speak during the comment period will be allowed two (2) inutes to address the School Organizational Team. Speakers may also submit additional comments in writing.  It is asked that speakers be respectful to each other, Team members, the principal and school district staff. Speakers that are  disruptive will be asked to leave the meeting.
