Topics to be Discussed: Meeting Start Time: 3:00pm

  1. Welcome, Norms & Roll Call

    • Chair spoke on what expectations would be for meeting

  2. Budgets and Staffing

    • Think about next year with new allocations. In the final phase of the 21st Century grant. The Lego team placed 23 out of 60. A staff member suggested upgraded tech for staff. Professional development for staff.

  3. Fundraising at Scott

    • Steam Night was a huge success. Standing room only. A huge thank you to Mrs. Memmott for providing the show!

  4. General Information

    • Staffing has not changed, but some staff are back from a long term leave which has helped immensely. Next meeting will have some required slides regarding grading. Parent survey showed we struggle with professionalism and trust. Multiple meetings will be held in January due to new allocations.

  5. School Data

    • Bullying and aggressive behavior are still high. The number of threats have doubled since November. Absenteeism has increased.

  6. Public Comments

    • None

  7. Next Meeting: January 18, 2023

The School Organizational Team may take items on the agenda out of order, combine two or more agenda items for consideration, and remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to items on the agenda at any time.


Speakers wishing to speak during the public comment period for this meeting may sign up in person immediately prior to the beginning of the meeting. Speakers will be called in the order in which they signed up. No one may sign up for another person or yield their time to another person. Generally, a person wishing to speak during the comment period will be allowed two (2) inutes to address the School Organizational Team. Speakers may also submit additional comments in writing.  It is asked that speakers be respectful to each other, Team members, the principal and school district staff. Speakers that are  disruptive will be asked to leave the meeting.
