"We were selected to continue our partnership with Spread the Word Nevada which continues our focus on literacy and learning through the Kids to Kids Program. Unlike many years in the past, Scott Elementary School was not selected this

year for the Family Literacy Program. Spread the Word Nevada is scaling back their programming to make necessary changes to their outcomes and impact. Much of their decision was driven by sponsorship funding. Should additional funding become available, we will be given the opportunity to add the program back at Scott Elementary School."
